There isn't really a FTM User Account, it's a Windows Account.
Thanks for the update, I didn't think, from your first post, that you had gone through the Crash Article for your version of Windows, which is why I had suggested it in the first place.
I don't mind "repeating myself" if it works, and I think it may in your case.
The Crashing of Windows is slightly different then a Damaged file. If "crashing" is mentioned, I go for the obvious cause first then move on. But in this case, the crashing that you did mention in the first post, was my hint. Then we can move to what comes next, if that article doesn't resolve the problem. In this case, it usually does.
