Before you reply, Look at those three numbers to the right of the FACT where your Citation "disappears". Report your findings including that number.
IF it is "0" (or 0 0 0), then select the Sources Workspace, find the Source, AND look for that Citation.
Once on the Citation, in the lower left, check the Links Tab. What does it say.
Remember that a Source should have a Citation, that Citation should be linked to a Fact or Facts.
Try to ask the right questions so that you can report your findings IF this happens again.
