Again, you do NOT have to be signed up to see your InterneTree. You have to be logged into Genealogy.com. You are already there, if you are posting to this GenForum.
I compared your Java log against mine:
Java Plug-in 1.6.0_17
Using JRE version 1.6.0_17-b04 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
User home directory = C:UsersRuss
Reading certificates from 11 http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/java/geneo2/geneo.jarhttp://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/java/geneo2/geneo.jar | C:UsersRussAppDataLocalLowSunJavaDeploymentcache6.0382e712b26-37046d8a.idx
This last line is not what you had. You have something blocking the certificates.
I did notice that it took a little time for the InterneTree to complete. The window was there and the scroll bars on the Right and Bottom where active, but the tree took a while before it opened.
I am using Firefox.
I copied the URL of your User Home Page into MSIE 8 and again, it took a little time for the InterneTree of show the people in that tree.
Hitting the F key, brings up the list of individuals in your tree, both in MSIE and Firefox.
If you are using MSIE, look on the bottom bar of the screen. Is it a Trusted Site?
