Which Version of Family Tree Maker are you using? It looks like Version 16, but you also said that you installed 3 other versions.
Please provide more information about

You said tat you had backed up your work, right? Did you then RESTORE your work? Where and how did you Back Up your work?
When you registered Family Tree Maker, did you use your existing Ancestry.com Username / Password, when asked?
