I did it, and the answer was:
"Thank you for contacting Genealogy.com Technical Support.
We are only able to locate one account associated with the " firstname.lastname@example.org " e-mail address. Is the other account associated with a different e-mail address?"
I didn't use another e-mail address - so what to do now???
