The solution to this problem is to set the destination of the report to be your word processor, and print from there, rather than printing directly from Generations to your printer. Please check these settings first.
Click on the Options menu, click on Reports, click on Report Folder, click on the Change button to change the Output folder to c:Program FilesGenerationsReports and click on Save.
Click on the Options menu, click on Reports, click on Word Processor. On the right hand side ensure that a word processor such as Wordpad or Word is selected.
