I have recently experienced a bug on my system that clears the contents of a record. The first time it happened I used my backup file to replace the damaged one. It has now happened again, and guess what, the exact same record was affected, and in the same way.
All the fields in the record are empty except the ID. When I click on any field in the blank record nothing happens. And, there are no links to it or from it. In the Index the line that it would occupy is blank.
I have recently upgraded from Windows XP Home SP1 to Windows Home XP SP2
This is not the same as the dissapearing data syndrome that I have had and have fixed by unticking items in startup in msconfig.Has anyone come across this bug?
