I've been dropping my subscriptions as they come up for the exact reason you are complaining about. I have one left and it will be gone at it's next renewal time too.
I once described trying to use genealogy.com as going to the library and finding all the books tossed in the middle of floor and having to sift thru them to find what you want.
As time goes by, there are more and more resources out there, and if genealogy.com doesn't improve it's service it's going be history itself. I never recommend anyone use this place any more.
I find that I don't even look for people here any more. I got so tired of all the junk results I got and the inability to pinpoint my searches.
They removed a form or two that used to actually work with keywords. Unfortunately, these forms never worked with the digital books.
