If you wish to pass yourself off as "just a user" I would suggest you loose the "Team FTM" from your sign in. Until this company gives itself a presence to deal with such concerns, I don't feel at all sorry for the heat you have to bear. If you don't give the people who pay money to this company a voice to the "right person" - you're all we've got.
Will we all be receiving a 30-day credit for our subscriptions because of this? I see that currently an error message says that the indexes "new and improved" will be available December 17th? Why would it take so long to upload a new index? Why was it necessary to remove the indexes were there in order to upload a new index?
The only reason I have a subscription to your website is to access the 1850 census. It is now 100% unusable, and looks to remain that way for AT LEAST another couple weeks.
