It gives his names, occupation=butcher, date of birth=13 October 1867, and place of birth=Veroli, Rome, Italy.It lived at 111 Market Street in Firmont, Marion County, West Virginia at the time of the Declaration.He had arrived at the POrt of New York on or about 23 August 1901.He was 5'10"tall, 200 pounds, brown eyes, black-grey hair.
Another Declaration of Intention dated 7 October 1910 at https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1-18254-30220-85?cc=1909003&wc=MMPW-2K7:n1124696191This time the date of birth is given as 7 October 1867.He was also 2 inches shorter, and 18 pounds lighter.
