At www.archive.org there’s The Visitation of Shropshire, 1623, with a pedigree of Edwards of Shrewsbury on p. 174:
Thomas Edwards of Salop, married Anna, fil. et haer. Humfr. Baskeruil de London relicta Steph’i Ducket
i.e. Anne, daughter and heiress of Humphrey Baskerville of London and widow of Stephen Ducket.
The most usual medieval spelling seems to have been Duket. You can search the Patent Rolls online, also the Close Rolls at British History Online. There were a lot of Dukets. I didn't check where they all came from, but I did notice there were a few from Lancashire.
