I have only addressed the first question so far, I will look into the other a bit, no guarantees<};-).
The only way that I can get that condition to show up is to have the screen resolution set to 640X480 and large fonts. Thatis the lowest VGA resolution. and I think it is rather grainy looking anyway. If you change the resoluton to 800 X 600, or chamge the font size to small, you can see the bottom of the source edit screen, but the Edit Individual window is still a bit crowded if the taskbar is showing on your screen.
I am going to try and tell you how to change the screen resolution. The last time I tried this, I got someone all mixed up. First, you have to have A monitor and display adapter capable of higher resolution, nearly anything less than 6 years old has the capability of at least 800X600.
It is probably best to close any programs you have running. Find a vacant spot on the desktop and right click there. Choose "Properties" from the popup window. Select the "Settings" tab from that window. Near the bottom right there is a slider labled "Screen Area" on Win 98, Might be bit different on 95. It probably says 640 X 480 below it, go to the right end of the slider bar and click onde, the nob should slide to the right a bit and the size should change to 800 X 600.Hit the [ ENTER ] key and then click on the "OK" button, and then on the "Yes" button. The screen will probably go dark for a bit then come back on with things a bit smaller.
