PAF Companion (PCOMP 2.1) works well with PAF 4.0, but doesn't work at all with PAF 5.0/5.1 (different database structure).According to previous posts on this forum, they are working on a new PCOMP which will work with PAF 5.1.
Meanwhile, have you tried the book report available in PAF 5.1? [CNTL-P -- or select "Print Reports" from the FILE menu; and select "Book" -- "Modified Register."].You can print to file and then go in and edit -- or you can print directly to your printer, although you will find there is a lot of wasted space.
I didn't think anyone used KinWrite anymore, but then again maybe I am woefully uncurrent.I used to use KinWrite way back with PAF versions 1.0 up to 2.x --- there was no other way to write a decent report. But with PAF 3.0 came PAF Companion, which I used until I found out it wouldn't work with PAF 5.0/5.1.
