You can do this in two ways: 1. Print>>Book; this creates an .RTF file that can be attached to an e-mail. 2. Print>>Family>>check the "Print to File" box at the right side under the buttons; this also creates an .RTF file.
Remember, MS Wordpad is not compatible with some .RTF files that contains graphics like forms with lines, etc.Use WordPerfect or MS Word to view the PAF5 .RTF files.
