Thanks for your patience and help Lance. Neither "refresh" or "reload" at the license agreement page brings up the "continue" and "cancel" buttons for PAF 4.0. Your suggestion caused me to try Internet Explorer, however, and was able to download from there. Am using Navigator in Communicator 4.7 as default browser on new Gateway 1.3 Gig computer. Could there be a hitch in the programing for 4.0 under Navigator? As I have said, the problem does not occur with 5.0 in Navigator. Anyway, I am set now. Thanks again.
