Jeffrey, I have not come across a utility program that would do the task you are seeking. It is possible to do a global search and replace from within PAF. However, because you are seeking to change numerals, it would be a long, tedious task, fraught with danger of changing other numbers, too. You could try editing a GEDCOM file, and while this would be straight-forward, it would be a mammoth task if the database is extremely large. What you may be able to do is add a "note" to each entry in a GEDCOM, stating something along the lines of: "Dates in this record have not been verified with a reliable source". You can do this by creating a GEDCOM, then using ADDNOTE to add a note such as the above to every entry. Then importing that GEDCOM with the added notes back into your main database. You can find ADDNOTE at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~gumby/ged.htmlhttp://www.rootsweb.com/~gumby/ged.html You will also find ADDSOURCE there too - another handy utility.
