If the Individual View is not showing up, the PAF program is having problems creating RIN-ordered or Alphabetical-ordered lists. This could indicate file corruption. You will want to make a backup of your file first (File | Backup), then run Check/Repair, choosing the Check/Repair button. If problems are found, you will see an error report. Run Check/Repair again to see if the problems were successfully fixed. If the same problems show up again, the next step would be to export you file as a GEDCOM, then re-import it into a new, empty database.
