I have a problem printing large reports. I get in PAF 4 "out of memory" error printing some where over 550 pages when printing to file. I get "insuffcient memory" in PAF 5.
I had this problems with my old machine (P2, 233mhz, 256mb RAM, etc) and thought it might be cured when I upgraded (P4, 2.4ghz, 1GB DDR Ram, 80 gb HD, Windows 2000) but the problem is still there. I checked system allocation and use, and all are doing what they are supposed to do.
Is there a memory limit on how many pages that can be printed in PAF?
I watched the memory and CPU usage under Windows Task Master and noticed that both versions of PAF hardly used any of the 1 GB memory.
Has any one ever had this problem? Thoughts?
The PAF Companion 5.1 evaluation version has printing limits. If unlocked, will it have the same memory problem for large files?
Do I need to go to Kinwrite or another program?
