Your lines come from your reports generated in PAF when using a *.txt (text) format and not a *.rtf (rich text format).
To get rid of the lines, print the report to your documents folder on your computer, by checking the "Print to file" box when printing a report. Do not print your report to the printer. Your report will then be in *.rtf (rich text format) with all the lines in the right place and not look like the sample you posted. Just exit from the report if it comes up so we can convert it with no lines.
Now click on your report using the "My Recent Documents" button located in the "Start" button.
When your report comes up, go into the "File" button at the top left corner and click on it. In the menu that comes up click on the "Save As..." button.
Another menu will come up wanting to save the report. Look at the bottom of the menu box and you will see "Save As Type..." window that should say "Rich Text Format (*.rtf)". On the right of that window is a down arrow, click on it and scroll down on that menu window that pops up and find "Plain Text (*.txt)". Click on "Plain Text (*.txt)" and then click on the "Save" button.
Now exit out of this report and go back to your report using the "My Recent Documents" button located in the "Start" button.
You will now find two reports with the same name but they both will end in different formats. This time you want the report that ends in ".txt". You will now see that you have a report with no lines in it.
I know it sounds like a complicated process but after doing it a couple of times it will go fairly fast.
