You can try changing the settings, but that may not give you what you want.
You can also use "print to file" and then edit the document in your word processor. But this is easier said than done. The RTF files are highly formatted, with a lot of use of text boxes, which makes editing tricky.
Some printing problems can be solved by restarting the computer, but these are usually limited to a major problem in the loss of formatting. And by now you have probably restarted the computer without the problem going away.
If you have PAF Companion, I suggest that you try using it for this purpose. It is only $8.00 to buy, and you can probably use it for free at the FHC.Since it creates PDF files, you can take your file to the FHC on your flash drive, and save the PDF file there also and bring it home to print.
I think the last choice is most likely to be best unless your file uses the special letters found in some languages, which the present version of PAF Companion doesn't handle.
