Isaac Plummer will: (transcribed with original spelling; edited somewhat for punctuation) In the name of God Amen I Isaac Plummer of Fleming County and state of Kentucky,l being sick and week in body, but of perfect Mind and memory, Praised be God for the same. Revoking all others do make and ordain this my last will and testament as follows (to wit). I give to my son William Plummer five shillings current money of the State aforesaid and no more. Also I give to my son Abraham Plummer five shillings current money as aforesaid and no more.
Also I give my three grand daughters the children of my son Isaac Plummer ded'd (Namely Susannah Plummer, Mary Plummer, and Delilah Plummer) five shillings current money as aforsaid each. Also I give to my daughter Mary Burress My Rifle gun with the accoutrements thereto belonging and no more. Also I give to my Daughter Sarah Baily (?) five shillings current money as aforesaid and no more. Also I Give to my Daughter Elizabeth Burress five shillings Current money as aforesaid and no more. Also i give and bequeth to my wife Sarah Plummer one third part of all my land (to wit) the lott no,l two and no. three whereon myself and my son Jacob Plummer now lives by her freely to be possessed and enjoyed during her natural life. Also I give to my wife aforesaid one third part of all my moveable Estate after my Debts are paid and my Funeral expenses Defrayed. Only I give to my son Benjamin Plummer all my farming utensils and my young bay mare which will be three years old this spring. Also I give and Dismiss(?) to my sons Jacob Plummer and Benjamin Plummer all my land to me belonging Either in Law or Equity as otherwise howsoever...lotts No. two and No. three aforesaid (Jacob the place where he now lives, and Benjamin the place where I now Live) to be Divided Equally between them by......or more lines to the best Advantage that may be to accomodate Each One to them and their Hers forever. Also I give and Bequeath all the Remainder of my personal Estate not already disposed of to my five Daughters Among them or the surviving part of them to be Equally Divide, namely Priscill Plummer, Nancy Plummer, Rachel Plummer, Drucilla Plummer and Lucy Plummer. And lastly I nominate, constitue and appoint my two sons Jocob Plummer and Benjamin Plummer to be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. To Witness wheras I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fouteenth day of March Anno Domini One thousand Eight hundred and four.

Veach John Lewman (his Mark) Elenor Lewison (her mark) Note: The book, Record of Wills, etc, by Annie Burns (see above) lists her as Elenor Lewman, but the actual name on the record ends in "on" and looks more like Lewison or Luison or Leimon.
