Heather......a tip....ALWAYS include the name a person is suppose to be looking up.NOWHERE did you include the name POTTS, so how on earth could Ifind a name I wasn't given? I spent a lot of useless time looking for John Tyler, so you really know how to make it hard for someone....the only reason I found it was I looked up Hannah Tyler, and found the where she had married a Potts. SwarthmoreCollege has many Quaker records, but you must visit there to view them, or hire someone locally to do your research for you....their records are not on line, nor are they available through interlibrary loan. As far as the dates go, yo'll be okay if you simply write them down as found, do NOT try to change them into 'familiar' months...just leave them as is12 6m 1777...for example...just write it like that. Good luck.
