There in no mention of Joseph Moon in THE HISTORY OF CHESTER CO, nor the earliest meeting records... Concord,Kennett, Uwchlan and others.Nor does the name appear on any early Chester tax records, court records 1697-1710, land owners lists, etc. I do find references to the name James Moon, in Bucks Co, and am including a will, below, although the dates don't correspond with yours....I take it, though, that you have no documentation for your dates? What is your last documented generation? It would be good to try working back from that proven generation.

Mary Smith's 8 children, Sis. Alice Pott's 10 children, Sis. Bridget Cougill's 4 children, Bro. John Croasdale's (December'd.) 2 daus.Money in hands of William Bleakey to People called Quakers at Bristol Meeting. George Clough and John Hall to have care of same. Brother-in-law John Cutler and David Potts.Balance between me and Bro. Wm. Smith to Elizabeth Smith. Bal. between me and Marrah Wildman to her daughter Ruth Croasdale. Wit: Joseph Bond, James Moon, and William Atkinson. (William Crosdale came to the New World aboard the Lamb, in 1682, and you see he wrote his will while he was still in Bristol, England...so there's a possibility that James might have been from the Bristol area, too.... something to work on.He was not, however, aboard the Lion with the Crosdales.I have most if no all of Penns' Fleet passenger lists, and find no Moon among any of them.) Good luck.
