I'm realloy curious about where these folks lived, seeing as how PA wasn't in exisence till the arrival of Wm Penn, in 1682.Did they live in New Sweden?
The Nottingham neeting wasn't established till 1705, and before that date most of the later members of the Nottingham meeting belonged to the Concord meeting, but while there are many Brown members and marriages in the Concord meeting, there are none for a James till a much later date.
I looked in CONCORD TWP - THE COLONIAL LEGACY by Case and found Janmes there. He is listed as an original land owner in Concord, purchasing his land in 1683 after his arrival. He never lived on this land, but resided in Chichester.James donated 2 acres of land, to be used to build the Chichester meeting house and burial ground. This was in 1686
