On the old computer make a backup of your project and be sure to include all library files. If it will fit on a floppy make it there.

Put the floppie in the new computer (or move the file to the new computer) and use the restore process in UFT to restore the project.

I would not copy the individual files from one to the other as you may not get them all or they may not get installed in the proper folders.
