It's been a long time since I tried installing UFT on a different partition or drive, but as I recall, things did not go exactly as I thought.
Even if UFT is booting up seemingly OK, the registry may still be indicating that the program is on the C drive. May not. Why not just buy MSWord and export your reports in RTf format to that program and take the Roots Font out of the loop.
Or reinstall UFT and get your total font count on the C drive down below the 250 font maximum that Win 3.1 programs require.
