Glenda- Uh huh. So, however UFT got installed, it can't find the fonts. Why don't you first make sure that you don't have over 200 fonts installed on the C drive. If necessary, get rid of some of them. If that doesn't fix the problem, keep reading.
(Apparently you are only trying to print reports directly from UFT, and not export them to Word or WordPerfect as RTF files.)
Then try using your UFT install CD to re-install UFT in the same directory on the D drive that it is currently in. You may have to type this path into your computer during the install process.
