Try printing reports again.
If still no joy, and if you have UFT 2.7, little will be gained by updating.
But if you have a version older than UFT 2.7, search this forum for a link to a free update to UFT 2.8, the final update for vers. 2.x users.
Make sure you have fewer than 250 installed fonts in your font folder (Win 3.1 carryover problem in UFT, even in XP perhaps). If there are "too many fonts", UFT may not find the one you need.
(Yes, you may have to temporarily move some fonts out of your fonts folder to another folder to use UFT. Bummer).
While you are in the Windows fonts folder check to see if special font attributes, such as Bold, are enabled.
