I want to create an Individual List Report for export to Excel. I want it to contain surname, forename (given) name and other information such as dates of birth, marriage and death. I can produce a list with say 'Peter Walker' in one Excel column but can't sort this by surname. So I want either [a] 'Walker Peter' in one column or [b]'Walker' in one column and 'Peter' in another column which can then be sorted. I have tried all the selections available but can't seem to find options [a] or [b] in the field list. I can find the surname field but not the forename (given) field. Does it exist?
