Telemarketing is nothing that technical support gets involved with. I already sent Paul's message on to those who may have better knowledge of that topic.
I don't know how much we should expect of telemarketers. I'd guess that they have a script and a list and away they call. It may be that the same people who are calling about genealogy software one day may be calling for an entirely different line of software the next.
