There's no contradiction. maybe my explanation wasn't clear enough.
The company that creates UFT, which is Genealogy.com, makes decisions on the future of its products.
We are contracting with Mattel to handle inbound sales calls. The people at Mattel can take an order, but they don't make any decisions with respect to the future of UFT.
Suppose that you use a certain Suave shampoo. When you go into your local grocery store, the grocery clerk can't tell you if Suave will continue with that particular shampoo. That's not her decision.
As for the phone numbers, why do you say they are useless? No one on this thread said that the different numbers don't all work. I think they are three numbers that lead to the same place.
