I agree and I think that those who take inbound calls do know the various products that are available. However, this thread, started by Deby at http://genforum.genealogy.com/uft/messages/1344.htmlhttp://genforum.genealogy.com/uft/messages/1344.html is not talking about inbound calls, but outbound telemarketing calls which are made by another company. In that case, I think that they know only what is on their scripts and that we've got someone working with them so they know that UFT and FTW are separate products. I know many people who do genealogy that are confused by Family Tree Maker and Ultimate Family Tree and think that they are the same product. I can understand that a person who may not know about genealogy may come to the same conclusion.

Neither do I which is what I said in my previous posts. I pass all of these comments on so we can prevent this from happening.
