You or someone deserves some credit! I just received an unsolicited telephone call from FTM. The female agent started a telemarketing pitch for me to purchase an upgrade for FTM. I broke in and told her I do not use FTM, and that I use UFT. To my surprise, she immediately thanked me and hung up. This is a pleasant change from the very persistent sales tactics that others have experienced recently, totally ignoring the callees' advisories that they do not own and have no interest in FTM. I hope this means that better orientation of the FTM telemarketing staff is finally getting through.
