I've read all postings.You are doing a fantastic job. It is so true about letting some one work on your system. Here are a few helpful hints and suggestions.When there is some type of conflict always run scan disk first, set it to automatically fix errors.Make sure it is done in "safe mode". Then do disk defrag. also in safe mode. You may be experiencing something I've had happen.I had a program that would not function correctly unless I had virus protection and any other non-essential programs running in the back ground off.You may need to download an upgrade for your system. These are available usually for free, at the vendor's site. Look up the brand name of the computer, model name, model number.You should find all upgrades listed. You may want to try an on-line systems check.Symantec has a site that will check your system over the internet. I believe that is free also. Hope I helped and Good Luck!
