I'm going to step in here (lightly) as this is similar to a problem I had earlier. Melissa helped me through it, so if I'm not right, hopefully she'll step in again. I believe that the information will show up in the Family Journal report, but some modifying of event detail roles needs to be done. It's pretty much trial and error for the coding, so you'll have to play with it, which is a shame.
From the Build menu you choose Templates and then Event/Role. Double-click on the event you want to add the detail code (in my case I wanted to have the grave yard show up in the burial event). I clicked on the Edit button in the Role List Box (right lower corner). Double-clicked on the role to edit (Burial event was the interred role). Added the code for the detail (Cemetery detail is #A! -- the exclamation mark is added so if I don't have a cemetery listed it won't print "cemetery unknown" in the report). So the code sort of showed up as #297S body was interred #D!#L, #A!.
I had to redo it once as I put the word "in" before the cemetery and it ended up printing like: "His body was interred January 10, 1999 in San Francisco, in."
I also tweaked the templates so that it would print out the hospitals for births. You can also modify roles for single events, too. When you're in the Advanced Editing mode, if you open an event window and click on the Preview window, you can see the report text and you will also see how the sentence is going to print according to the report text. If you modify the text, you can see how the changes will affect the reports.
