I have found an issue while cleaning up my event templates. First I ran Project/Check/Repair and passed without any problems. Next I backed this up. I have several event templates with the first charactor of #. The source for these templates are listed as "incomming gedcom" and to they should be reviewed. One of these is #BAPTISED. There are two events in my project that use this event. I wanted to convert this to the standard UFT supplied "baptism" event. So I added a new "baptism" event to each of the two persons who were using the #BAPTISED event, and I deleted the #BAPTISED event. Now when I run Project/Check/Repair (six project options set) it prompts me for database files to use. When I cancel out (multiple times) it quickly (much too quickly) completes the repair and then promptly pops up a message box telling me the project indexing is messed up and exits UFT. I have gone back to the backup and retried this several times. It is very repeatable. Does anyone know what is going on. Am I stuck with these # event templates forever? I have been able to remove the unused # event templates without any issue.
