Peggy ... you will want to check the Knowledge base about this. If the code you are getting isthen the ROOTS font needs to be installed. If there are other problems, then go to the Control Panel in Windows and delete some of the fonts you don't use (make sure you don't delete the standard fonts (Arial, courier, Helvetica, Times Roman, MS Sans Serif, System, Etc.) Then restart Windows and try the reports again. Some of the font culprits are often ones that a person really doesn't use anyway--Braggadocio was a good one to delete for me. It usually doesn't take but one or two and it seems to fix itself. WHY it does that, I don't know. ALSO ... any of the fonts that start with UFT can usually be deleted (they are somewhat duplicated just with another name, anyway, from what I can tell).
