I know "Darwin"! I called Mattel looking for Tech Support on a program I bought for my niece right before Christmas. The person I got was Darwin. He didn't even have the program installed on his computer and knew nothing about it. Kept me on the phone for an hour with no resolution and it wasn't until the second call that he gave me to his supervisor (who also didn't know anything about the program, btw.)So they have him calling on sales now. Better than Tech support I suppose. Pretty telling that their Tech support staff are doing sales calls (and are clueless on both accounts)I sure hope he calls here!
As an aside, I was so disgusted with the program and the support, I ended up sending it back!
