There is a work-around. When the text in the Proof Window, Conclusion, Evaluation text box does not hold:
go back one step to the
Proof window, Selected Evidence column, re-click any one of the radio buttons even one that has already been activated (have a dot in the middle). This seems to wake up this part of the program.
Then Click on the Evaluation button, enter the text you want, OK. OK. The light stays on, the text remains there even when you exit the program and come back later.
Furthermore, during any one editing session, you don't need to reclick one of those Selected Evidence buttons for another Individual before adding text to the Evaluation box.
I tested both 2.8 and 3.0. The problem and the answer was the same for each.
I did not test the program to see if, after exiting the program, it was necessary to reclick the Selected Evidence button before adding Evaluation text for a different Individual. (I left somthing for you to test. grin)
I tried to find something in the Knowledge Base about this 'bug'. Either there is nothing there or I did not use the correct word to find it.
