G'Day Paul, Thanks for the reply. However, I have changed nothing on my set up and, as I said in my original post, I have received three (3) different results from three logins. Two reloads also produced different results. I fail to see how this can be at my end. Maybe a glitch in the satellite connection but there is nothing wrong at my ISP or my computer - EVERY other system works "in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications" It seems that UFT/genforum has a long way to go in customer satisfaction. I note with regret that MOST complaints by customers are written off as "A problem with your setup" Now MANY customers are becoming more and more frustrated with this glib remark and it is time we were given our money's worth and a FIX to the program we PAID FOR!!! It would be nice if we could be given details of investigations at your end (if any are being done on our complaints)instead of glib remarks such as "It must be a problem at your end." "nuff said ?
