Thanks, I had already done everything you sugest except for trying it on the Kennedy Project, so I tried that. I can enter media on the Kennedy Project with no problem. What do I do now to correct the problem. I had already sent the data in for repair and returned it as they found no problem so it must be something that I can fix. What is my next step? Thanks, Melissa, again for the Kennedy suggestion. I have tried occasionally for over 3 years with tech support and that was never suggested. Hope they have a solution.
