Several days ago I wrote in the message board about an ongoing problem with the multiple attempts to upload to an existing web page on UFT. I'm still trying guys!!!!I have not seen anything from a support techie saying, "I'm sorry but the server is down". No return message to the effect that this is being looked into and should be resolved by a specific date. To the users encountering this absolute autrocity it becomes a mind game. I've called support, UFT, and had a great guy trying desperately to cover up for the supposed "IN THE KNOW" people, because supervision isn't telling the level one phone person facing the public what the heck is going on with this "Cannot connect to Paladium server, please try again later" problem. I gave my name, Email address, and requested that someone contact me just as a courtesy to let me know some timeframe when they expect their end to be coordinated. I've received nothing. This kind gentleman, the techie level one guy even went as far as to suggest purchasing FTM. What kind of deal is that? I also wrote a note, similar to this one and again have seen nothing in return. I've never had this experience before when dealing with a company trying to sell me on another product before this one is a dead issue. Is there some sort of hidden message here that UFT is really not going to be with us, and we'll all lose our work? I don't want much, haven't changed a thing on my system, and have not encountered this problem before. Now all I want is someone to reach out and touch me. Next letter is going to be to the CEO to see if he is aware of the guys in the trenches lackadasical methods of doing "CUSTOMER SERVICE".
