In troubleshooting this for you, I uploaded yesterday from UFT 3.0 and received the Super User email telling me that the upload was successful.
In fact I did that because a few days earlier when I uploaded, I noticed that the message from Super User concluded with "Sincerely, Palladium Interactive," and I had asked that that be changed. When I was told that it had been, I did a new upload, received the message that it was successful, and saw that it concluded "Sincerely, Genealogy.com"
When I found out that your problem was an incorrect password, I did a new upload and submitted it with the incorrect password. A little while later, I received an email from the Super User account telling me that the file wasn't processed because I used an invalid password.
I also did an upload where I used an invalid username and received an email from the Super User account saying that I has used an invalid username.
I also tested an upload from UFT 2.9 and noticed that the Super User email took a lot longer to be sent to me. We did change the process in UFT 3.0. In previous versions, the upload is done to one machine and then transferred to a second machine were all of the processing takes place. In UFT 3.0 the upload is sent to the same machine that does the processing. That may account for the fact that the notification takes longer in UFT 2.9.
