Blue- "Way back a couple of years ago" Microsoft posted a notice that 166 mhz (with and without MMX)was the transition point for problems with Foxpro. Why is the critical cpu speed now generally accepted as 300mhz or 333 mhZ? Is it more likely to happen on a machine running the memory at 75mhz with a X4 multiplier or at 100mhz X3? Or is that just an option with AMD?
Does UFT push the memory to the limit to a greater extent than other programs? Would underclocking the PC100 memory to 95 mhz possibly help with machines on the threshhold?
