blue,
Going over everything possible, and reading all the responses, etc. I tried one change which may have helped my EXIT crash from UFT.
I had replaced my mouse BUSY cursor with a secondary market antimated cursor. Having no problems with other programs I didn't give it consideration until all the messages about mouse drivers, double-click speeds, etc.
Going over my mouse settings, double-click was at the middle setting, speed was at the middle setting. Thus I didn't think it was mouse related as described.
Then right in my face I noticed my cute BUSY antimated cursor. I replaced the cursor with the Windows default and have not had UFT crash on EXIT (yet). I put the antimated cursor back, and I can got UFT to crash on EXIT.
Please note I was able to earlier get it to crash not using the mouse, using keyboard controls to access menu, etc. and EXIT.
I sent an e-mail attachment of the mouse cursor to [email protected] but am not sure if that is your department.
I'll keep trying to see if I can "fix" other areas of UFT that I was having a problem with.
Thank you very much for your help, and hopefully I am able to offer help to you and others.
