My comments are not directed at you personally but the whole tech support program. As I mentioned you have your limitations. I do appreciate the fact that at least you personally continue to show your face on the board and answer non web site related questions and I say great. I do have a real issue with tech support about their (collective) lack of info and communication and lack of apparent urgency on the web site/page issue. I also have an issue when I can't get anyone to respond or even contact a real live person in sales or marketing or higher in the company to voice my dissatisfaction with the service I paid for when I bought the product and each time I upgraded since then. Again I thank you personally for your help. Please feel free to pass along my sentiments to your superiors. This has been a classic example of how to ruin a reputation and kill a product, unless that's their intent.
