Thanks for the addresses. I've already sent e-mails to the powers that be at genealogy.com. I got no response from them although one of my wemails got forwarded to another tech support person who did write to me. He was nice enough to alert me to the fact that they are having some software issues and are looking at them. He was also suppose to contact me back but never has. I may be crazy but I thought we already knew we had software issues and a whole lot more. I personally can't believe how insulated these people have made themselves and have virtually cut themselves off from direct contact. The lack of any intelligent communication from them astounds me. If this were my company I would probably be getting sued right now for breach of contract. If I don't get some type of fix soon I'm going to be writing letters but it's not going to be to genealogy.com it's going to be to every competitor they have and every genealogy magazine I can find.
