Genealogy.com tech support
Seems like FTM users are haveing trouble with Genealogy.com tech support also. This from Using Family Tree Maker forum.

This seemed like the most appropriate forum to ask this question:
WILL THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM FROM GENEALOGY.COM EVER ANSWER MY QUERIES?
I sent mail on the 22nd of March and received an automated response saying they received the message from me and then I re-sent the query on April 3. Still no answers.
Is there anyone there or am I just wasting my time? I'd like to upgrade to 7.5 but before I do that, I'd like some answers!
