Dear Customer,
Genealogy.com was formed last October to provide people with tools for researching their family histories. This is accomplished through the use of one products and services, whether that is a software program, CD, or web site.
Genealogy.com has decided to move all of technical support in-house. Currently technical support department at Genealogy.com takes calls on Family Tree Maker, Family Tree Detective, The New England Historical and Genealogical Register, www.FamilyTreeMaker.com, www.GenealogyLibrary.com, and www.Genealogy.com.At this site we also provided electronic, fax, and letter support to all of the preceding as well as Ultimate Family Tree, www.uftree.com, and www.FamilyOrigins.com.Once this transition is complete, Genealogy.com Technical Support department will be providing all support for Family Tree Maker, Ultimate Family Tree, Family Origins, Family Tree Detective, Family Tree Creator, The New England Historical and Genealogical Register, and all of their associated web sites.
As the Technical Services Supervisor, I directly manage the staff that provides support to our customers. I review all issues and then escalate them when needed to our engineering, quality assurance, product development, or marketing teams.I want to assure you that they are looking into the user home pages problems that Ultimate Family Tree and Family Origins are experiencing.Once these issues have been resolved, we will be posting messages to inform our customers.
If you require further support, I suggest that you try one of the following contact methods for us:
Ultimate Family Tree: www.uftree.com/contact.html
Family Tree Detective: www.familytreedetective.com/contact.html
Family Origins: www.familyorigins.com/faq.htm
Family Tree Maker: www.familytreemaker.com/support.html
Sincerely Yours,
Ken Schott
