I attempted to contact Blue Banner / Matel by telephone twice this date. Was given the run around the first time and refered to tech services for UFT which never picked up on the line in a clocked 22 min timed wait. The second time around was put quickly on a hold and after 18 min the line droped off.
If this company wishes to stay in the ball park they had better get into the game. There are some relatively good software packages being offered now. FTM does not even touch the surface but is good for those that do now wish to document their data. It may be their idea that the volume from this sale is enough that the loss of UFT people would be a drop in the bucket. It is obvious at this point that they do not give a tinkers damn about their customers. I suppose that they feel that this is a good time to cut and run with what sales they have generated.
Sorry about venting but these people with their demonstrated lack of interest have me flustered the same as you. I would like to keep using the program and not go through the hassle of converting the data over to a new program. Oh well, who ever said life would be easy. Bob
